Everybody has a story.

Authentic life stories provide a clear sense of purpose, direction, and meaning. But when you're struggling, your story can feel confusing and painful. The good news? While circumstances and characters may not change, you can alter the power you give them.

When Your Story Needs a Rewrite

Inauthentic stories—the ones we tell ourselves when we're stuck—can lead us down paths of damaged relationships, poor self-care, and risky behavior. But here's what I've learned in my years as a therapist: you're not broken, and your story isn't over.

My approach is integrative, blending Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused techniques. Translation: we'll look at both how you think and what you want to create moving forward. My style is supportive, interactive, and action-oriented because talking about change is good; making it happen is better.
