Everybody has a story.
Authentic life stories provide a clear sense of purpose, direction, and meaning. But when you're struggling, your story can feel confusing and painful. The good news? While circumstances and characters may not change, you can alter the power you give them.
When Your Story Needs a Rewrite
Inauthentic stories—the ones we tell ourselves when we're stuck—can lead us down paths of damaged relationships, poor self-care, and risky behavior. But here's what I've learned in my years as a therapist: you're not broken, and your story isn't over.
My approach is integrative, blending Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused techniques. Translation: we'll look at both how you think and what you want to create moving forward. My style is supportive, interactive, and action-oriented because talking about change is good; making it happen is better.
I'm an Especially Good Fit For:

Business Professionals
Dealing with work-life balance, stress management, or presentation anxiety (especially you tech workers—I see you)
Major Life Transitions
Such as job loss, empty nest, retirement, relationship changes, illness, or even loss of life.

Relationship Conflicts
Whether personal or professional—let's figure out the story that's keeping you stuck in the same patterns
Money-Related Issues
Including shame, guilt, fear, conflict, or general discomfort around money (this is more common than you think)

People Ready to Do the Work
Who want practical tools they can actually use and appreciate a therapist who brings some humor to the process
